Tata Altroz is a popular hatchback car manufactured by Tata motors, one of India’s leading automobile companies. Recently, Tata Motors launched the CNG (Compression Natural Gas) variant of the Altroz, which will appeal to eco-conscious car buyers who want to reduce their carbon footprint.
The Tata Altroz CNG variant is powered by a 1.2 liter petrol engine which has been modified to run on CNG. This engine produces a maximum power of 85 Ps and a maximum torque of 113Nm. It is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The Altroz CNG has a certified fuel economy of 21 . 11 Km/Kg making it one of the most fuel-efficient cars in its segment.
In terms of design, the Altroz CNG looks similar to the regular petrol and diesel variants of the car. It has a sleek and modern design, with sharp lines and a sloping roof line. The car is available in a variety of vibrant colors including High Street Gold, Downtown Red and Midtown Grey.

The Altroz CNG is priced at around Rs 7.74 lakh(ex showroom ), making it a very competitive offering in its segment. It competes with other popular hatchbacks like Maruti Suzuki Baleno,Hyundai i20,and Honda Jazz.
